When I stepped out of my car to greet my glowing cousin, I was promptly embraced by an unexpected (yet very welcomed) human being. I looked down to discover a head full of thick, dark hair that belonged to a darling boy. A boy whom I had just met. Out of puzzlement and delight, I returned the unforeseen gesture promptly. I will tell you now,  if you greet me with a genuine clinch that this sweet boy delivered, you will absolutely send me over the moon! That wasn't the only hug of the evening...

Little Larkin. Curious. Adventurous. Headstrong. This is how I would describe this little man after only spending an hour with him, so I know there's much much more to him as an individual. This boy refreshed my memory of why i fell in love with photography in the first place; to show personalities through imagery, and reminded me to slow down, watch, and let the magic unfold. With a lollipop in one hand and his mother & dog on the other, I am certain this boy will grow up learning this thing called life...

Fall farm family photo session. Say that 5 times fast. Did you? I totally did. As a Cincinnati outdoor photographer, nothing makes me more happy than a day out on the farm.
