Life is unknown. Fleeting. Mysterious. We never know if it's our last day or if we have ten thousand more to enjoy. As a photographer & a Mom of 4, here's what I know for sure: that life, and the story behind it, can be both messy and beautiful, but it deserves to be remembered just as it is.

"i'm not very photogenic though..."
If I had a nickel for every time that I heard this from a client, I would be a millionaire sitting by the ocean with a long island iced tea in my hand watching the sun set.
you don't need to be photogenic when you hire a photographer who can bring out your personality.
And that's exactly what I do.
Instead of lining you up in an unnatural group formation and having you recite "cheese" in unison, I create moments that bring out your true self.
so, if you can follow directions, you can take great photos.
"but my kid runs from the camera."
As a Mom that has a few camera haters of her own, I can certainly understand why it can be nerve-wracking to hire someone when you aren't confident you'll get the shots you want.
trust me, i get it.
The last thing that you want to do is drop a bunch of money on a "what-if."
But, here's the thing: THIS is who they are RIGHT NOW. This is their story. Doesn't it deserve to be told? So what if they hate the camera.
i've got plenty of tricks up my sleeve to capture their true authentic self without it feeling forced.
Are you going to avoid having your photo taken because you're afraid that you'll feel silly? Or that your kids might not cooperate?
Or will you embrace life right now now so that you can share your story to generations to come through these visual memories?
