Two words with polar opposite meanings, but blend so beautifully when they are a part of the same person.
That’s exactly who this Cincinnati tween is.
Not only is her demeanor rich with generosity and grace, but her unwavering spirit full of grit is what sets her apart from most girls her age. It’s what amazes me the most about her.
I never know what kind of tweens are going to participate in my “THIS IS ME” tween project.
Will they be shy? Anxious? Energetic? Fainthearted? It’s always fun to see the different personalities that come through the studio door and how their energy reflects in their photos.
She is the definition of kindness, caring, cheer, and yet full of unyielding courage. And this is why I admire her so much. Some people spend a lifetime trying to work out these traits to become the best version of themselves, but Gracie is already a lifetime ahead of the game.
It’s my hope for her that she never forgets that “THIS IS ME” and that she can make a difference in her world by just being herself.

The “THIS IS ME” project focuses on building confidence and providing encouragement to tweens during this most drastic change in their life – the change between being a child and becoming a teenager.
By providing them with a customized photo session to zone in on their personality and strengths, it’s our mission to remind these tweens of how incredibly special and important they are in this fast-paced and often harsh world.
